Staff Nurse (B.Sc. Nursing)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse with a B.Sc. Nursing degree to deliver high‑quality patient care in our Bengaluru facility. The role involves supporting doctors, managing nursing operations, and providing compassionate assistance to patients and families.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and monitor patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and overall health condition.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and treatments, and coordinate patient admission, discharge, and transfer processes.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient medical records and ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and infection‑control practices.
• Educate patients and their attendants on medication usage, treatment plans, and basic healthcare practices.

Required profile

• B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution and valid registration with the State Nursing Council.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends, and ability to handle a fast‑paced healthcare environment.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience are welcome.
