Associate Producer

About the role
ShutterPlay Media is seeking an Associate Producer to join its Mumbai team. This full‑time hybrid position supports all stages of video production, from pitching ideas to delivering final content for brand films, documentaries, OTT originals and series.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in pitching concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support client servicing throughout the production lifecycle.
- Coordinate production logistics, including scheduling, location scouting, and equipment booking.
- Help manage post‑production processes such as editing, colour grading and final delivery.
- Collaborate with a small, cross‑functional team and step in for other departments when needed.
Required profile
- Extroverted with strong communication abilities.
- Passionate consumer of media content and eager to create it.
- 3‑4 years of experience in account management, client servicing or production within advertising, new media, marketing or related agencies.
- Comfortable working in a small team, multitasking and taking initiative without constant supervision.
