Associate – Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

About the role

PwC’s Oracle Services Practice is looking for an Associate to help clients leverage Oracle Cloud HCM solutions. You will work on finance operations, human capital management, and related business processes, delivering end‑to‑end implementations of Absence and Compensation modules.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in 2‑3 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud Absence and Compensation modules.
• Conduct business process analysis, gather requirements, and design solutions aligned with client needs.
• Configure, test, and support go‑live activities for Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
• Facilitate client workshops, provide functional expertise, and ensure successful adoption of solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud functional consulting.
• Hands‑on involvement in at least two end‑to‑end implementations of Absence or Compensation modules.
• Strong understanding of Absence management, OTL, Payroll, and Compensation processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and client‑facing experience.

Required skills

• Oracle Fusion HCM functional expertise.
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management module.
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation module.
• Business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design.
