About the role
Lokal’s emotional‑wellness app Eaze is seeking an Associate to lead the onboarding and engagement of its Malayalam‑speaking wellness buddies. The role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, training new buddies, and ensuring their ongoing performance and development on the platform.
Key responsibilities
- Process leads generated through multiple channels and guide potential candidates through the application process.
- Schedule and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates for the wellness‑buddy role.
- Design and deliver onboarding and training programs for newly hired buddies.
- Monitor buddy performance, provide feedback, and support their professional growth.
Required profile
- Demonstrated ability to manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
- Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Passion for emotional‑wellness services and community engagement.
