Associate – Microsoft Dynamics D365 SCM Advisory

About the role

PwC is seeking an Associate to join its Microsoft Dynamics D365 SCM Advisory team in Noida. You will work with clients to analyse business needs, design and implement ERP solutions, and provide training and support to help them achieve operational efficiency and strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Gather functional requirements for finance, production, operations and customer service.
• Prepare technical design documents and ensure alignment with solution architecture.
• Develop functional extensions, forms, workflows, and reports (SSRS, Crystal, Dynamic AX).
• Integrate solutions using various connectors and Azure services.
• Deploy projects using Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Azure DevOps.
• Support proposal development and effort/cost estimation.

Required profile

• Basic functional knowledge of finance, production, and customer service processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Good understanding of solution architecture and system administration.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (AX2009, AX2012).
• X++ development and functional extensions.
• SSRS, Crystal Reports, Dynamic AX reports, data reports, alerts and notifications.
• Azure services – blobs, Logic Apps, Function Apps.
• Azure DevOps and Lifecycle Services (LCS) for deployment.
• Excel add‑ins and data entity knowledge.
