Associate Managing Consultant – Deploy

About the role

As an Associate Managing Consultant – Deploy, you will work directly with clients to deliver new products, implement complex technology solutions, and drive transformation programs that become the new business‑as‑usual. You will help clients realize value throughout the lifecycle of major assets, from implementation to adoption and evolution.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver new products and strategies to market smoothly and efficiently.
• Implement complex technology assets and manage challenging transformation programs.
• Strengthen client internal skills, knowledge, and experience in critical areas.
• Transform client processes and optimize management practices.
• Manage multiple projects within a portfolio, defining team roles and stakeholder responsibilities.
• Identify risks proactively and develop solutions to mitigate impact on timelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large, complex projects and programs in cross‑functional, multicultural environments.
• Formal training in project management and change management methodologies; certifications are a plus.
• Ability to plan and manage multi‑workstream programs from inception through delivery.
• Strong banking or financial services domain knowledge, including operations, products, and regulatory considerations.
