Associate Manager, Data Operations

About the role

As an Associate Manager of Data Operations at Anaplan, you will lead the day‑to‑day execution of revenue data programs and safeguard the health of the Go‑To‑Market data ecosystem. You will manage a team of specialists, partner with Sales, Marketing and GTM Operations, and ensure data accuracy, completeness and reliability across global systems.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the data stewardship roadmap and enforce governance standards across GTM systems.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and IT to translate priorities into actionable data‑operations work.
• Manage data enrichment programs using tools such as ZoomInfo RingLead and D&B Connect.
• Define and monitor data‑quality SLAs, conduct audits and drive a proactive data‑quality culture.
• Automate data‑management workflows in Salesforce and related platforms, including de‑duplication and validation.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑accountability team of data‑operations professionals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics or related field.
• 5+ years experience in data operations or business operations within a SaaS/technology environment.
• 2+ years of people‑management experience leading a data‑operations team.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing and Operations.
• Comfort presenting data‑quality metrics to manager‑ and director‑level stakeholders.
