Associate Lawyer – Corporate, M&A & Private Equity

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Associate Lawyer to join our corporate team. The role focuses on General Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Private Equity matters, providing legal support to a diverse client base.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
- Support M&A transactions from due diligence to closing.
- Advise clients on private equity investments and corporate structuring.
- Conduct legal research and provide analytical opinions.
- Manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery of services.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of post‑qualification experience in corporate law.
- Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical abilities.
- Excellent client management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
