Associate Labour & Employment Lawyer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Associate specialising in Labour and Employment Law to join our legal team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive advice to clients on employment legislation, labour regulations and workplace compliance, and will support the resolution of employment‑related disputes.

Key responsibilities

• Advise corporate and individual clients on national employment laws and labour regulations.
• Draft, review and negotiate employment contracts, policies and related documentation.
• Assist in handling workplace investigations, grievance procedures and dispute resolution.
• Prepare legal memoranda, opinions and compliance reports.
• Stay up‑to‑date with legislative changes and emerging trends in employment law.

Required profile

• Law degree with a focus on labour or employment law.
• Admission to the bar or equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client matters efficiently.
