Associate – Internal Audit Services (Advisory) – Bangalore

About the role

Join PwC’s Internal Audit Services Advisory team in Bangalore as an Associate. You will work with diverse clients across retail, FMCG and manufacturing, helping them understand their risk environment, improve controls and add value to their organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform internal and process audits following established methodologies.
• Assess processes, sub‑processes and activities, and evaluate their relationships.
• Apply Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) and internal control concepts such as preventive, detective and anti‑fraud controls.
• Utilise COSO framework to identify control gaps and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address cultural and behavioural aspects of risk management.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in internal audit or process audit, preferably in retail, FMCG or manufacturing.
• Graduate degree (CA Inter, MBA, BCom or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of SOX, internal control concepts and COSO framework.
