Associate IGA Developer – Advisory (FS)

About the role

PwC’s Cybersecurity practice is seeking an Associate IGA Developer to design, configure and extend enterprise Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure secure, efficient access to systems and data for employees and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and support IGA platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt or Entra IGA.
• Lead architecture for identity lifecycle, provisioning, access requests and certifications.
• Configure connectors for Active Directory, LDAP, databases and REST‑based applications.
• Develop Joiner‑Mover‑Leaver (JML) workflows and automated provisioning processes.
• Set up access certification campaigns and Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules.
• Create custom integrations, rules and workflows using Java/J2EE, SQL and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Implement RBAC models aligned with business requirements.
• Conduct requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops and effort estimations.
• Prepare and maintain technical and design documentation.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience implementing enterprise IGA solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication for workshops and documentation.
