Associate Identity and Access Management Engineer

About the role

Design, develop, test, implement, and integrate Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and solutions. Ensure that solutions protect information resources against unauthorized use, inappropriate degrees of access, disclosure, damage and/or loss.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, implement, and integrate IAM platforms and solutions.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve system design weaknesses and complex IAM issues.
• Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot IAM systems, providing Level 2 and Level 3 support.
• Install, customize, configure, and support identity provisioning tools such as SailPoint.
• Develop audit reports and templates for SOX, PCI, and CPNI compliance using SailPoint.
• Produce technical documentation including detailed designs and configuration guides.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IAM implementation and support.
• Hands‑on experience with IAM platforms (SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, CyberArk, Azure AD).
• Strong understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) and cloud IAM (Azure, AWS, GCP).
