About the role

As an Associate Field Technician / Specialist at SITA, you will support senior technicians in delivering maintenance, installation, and support services at customer sites, primarily airports. You will gain hands‑on technical knowledge while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Install and configure equipment or systems at customer locations according to specifications.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment operating optimally.
• Provide on‑site training to customers on equipment use and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, service visits, and repairs.
• Support site facility management, including safety compliance, inventory tracking, and emergency preparedness.
• Follow data governance policies and assist with data quality monitoring.
