Associate Director – Fulfillment Center Operations

About the role

Flipkart is seeking an execution‑focused Associate Director to lead large‑scale fulfillment centre operations and drive operational excellence across its supply‑chain network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end warehouse operations across high‑volume fulfillment centres.
• Drive productivity, cost optimisation and SLA adherence at scale.
• Build, mentor and manage high‑performing teams across shifts and functions.
• Own continuous‑improvement initiatives in safety, quality and process excellence.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams on automation, capacity planning and peak‑readiness programmes.
• Use data and metrics to inform decisions and deliver consistent results.

Required profile

• 8–12+ years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, supply‑chain or manufacturing operations.
• Proven experience managing large teams in high‑throughput environments.
• Strong exposure to e‑commerce, manufacturing, retail or 3PL operations.
• Hands‑on leadership mindset with strong problem‑solving and execution skills.
• Experience scaling operations, driving automation and leading operational transformation.
