Associate Consultant – Executive Search

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Consultant to lead end‑to‑end executive hiring for mid‑to‑senior level and C‑suite positions. This role focuses on high‑quality candidate sourcing, client interaction, and full recruitment lifecycle management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process for senior and executive roles.
• Source high‑calibre candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed and other platforms.
• Conduct thorough screening, assessments and interview coordination.
• Negotiate compensation, prepare offers and close placements.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to understand hiring needs.
• Track recruitment metrics and produce reports using MS Excel.
• Create professional presentations and recruitment updates.
• Handle multiple mandates independently while ensuring quality and timeliness.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in mid‑level, senior or executive recruitment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced executive search environment.
• Proactive, results‑driven attitude with excellent stakeholder management.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri and other sourcing tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting.
• Ability to create presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
