Associate Compliance Manager

About the role

The Associate Compliance Manager will join Invesco's Global Regulatory Reporting (GRR) team, a sub‑function of the Global Compliance team. Based in Hyderabad, you will support the preparation, monitoring and filing of regulatory reports and disclosures, ensuring adherence to global regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, review and produce daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly regulatory reports.
• Prepare documentation that substantiates processes and controls to meet regulatory requirements.
• Analyze data and support substantial shareholding reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
• Stay current with regulatory changes, thresholds and disclosure forms in the United States and other regions.
• Interact with global compliance and legal teams to assess, document, monitor and implement compliance activities.
• Mentor and guide team members, manage workload prioritisation and support performance development.
• Handle new country requirements for substantial shareholding reporting independently.
• Participate in compliance‑related projects and respond to external requests.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of regulatory reporting requirements, particularly in the United States.
• Ability to analyse complex data and produce clear documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to stay updated on regulatory changes.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with global compliance and legal teams.
• Capability to mentor junior staff and manage day‑to‑day team activities.
