Associate - Category Management

About the role

Myntra is looking for an Associate in Category Management to drive growth for its Personal Care segment. Based in Bangalore, you will own pricing, promotion and inventory decisions for a group of brands, ensuring they resonate with consumers and deliver profitable sales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate terms and drive commercial closures with a P&L focus.
• Set competitive pricing and promotional strategies in collaboration with pricing and marketing teams.
• Oversee inventory levels, procure additional stock, and clear excess inventory to maximize sales.
• Scale assigned brands on the platform through selection, catalogue enrichment and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape in the beauty and personal‑care space.

Required profile

• Proven experience understanding consumer needs and the retail environment.
• Strong commercial mindset with knowledge of marketing and sales principles.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
