Associate – Business Planning

About the role

As an Associate in Business Planning at Myntra, you will support data‑driven decision making across marketing, product and finance teams. You will work in a fast‑paced e‑commerce environment, turning raw data into actionable insights that shape our fashion and lifestyle strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Query large internal and external databases and write scripts to extract relevant data.
• Clean, wrangle and validate messy or duplicated datasets to ensure analytical accuracy.
• Run statistical analyses to uncover trends, patterns and anomalies that answer specific business questions.
• Design interactive dashboards and automated reports that make complex data easily understandable for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define KPIs, track project performance and measure success.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple data projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills to present findings to diverse audiences.
