Associate Analyst – Delivery Strategy Operations

About the role

Invesco is seeking an Associate Analyst to support the Delivery Strategy Operations team. You will assist in all phases of the due‑diligence process for digital platforms and client questionnaires, helping to ensure accurate and timely information for our global investment products.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare high‑quality, accurate submissions for digital due‑diligence platforms and repeatable client DDQs.
• Follow established processes, correctly save resource files, and close out projects.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and perform thorough quality checks before peer review.
• Identify and implement process improvements using automation tools and online submission platforms.
• Develop and maintain strong investment knowledge across asset classes and Invesco’s product suite.
• Gain in‑depth understanding of Invesco’s structure and operations.
• Share knowledge with team members and conduct peer reviews once expertise is achieved.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes for efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Communications, English, Liberal Arts or related field; exposure to economics or finance coursework preferred.
• Interest in pursuing the CFA Investment Foundations certificate is encouraged.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication abilities.
• Excellent project‑management skills with high attention to detail.
