Associate Analyst, Analytics & Metrics

About the role

Join Mastercard's Global Statistics / Quarterly Reporting (QMR) team as an Associate Analyst, Analytics & Metrics. You will help collect, validate, and report quarterly operational data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while supporting revenue protection and performance insights.

Key responsibilities

• Support collection, validation, and reporting of quarterly operational data.
• Leverage analytics to detect and prevent revenue leakage.
• Provide analytical research for management discussions on QMR and switched activity.
• Deliver detailed, persuasive customer performance analytics.
• Assist projects related to operational metrics, drivers, and associated revenue.
• Communicate with customers to resolve inquiries quickly.
• Offer support and training on QMR topics to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain clear documentation in internal tracking systems.
• Support quarterly QMR business updates to regional finance teams.
• Contribute to system enhancements and process improvements.

Required profile

• Self‑starter who thrives under tight timelines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Intellectually curious with a focus on root‑cause analysis.
• Strong organizational ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Sharp analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• FP&A experience preferred.
• Experience in change management; Six Sigma certification a plus.
• Proficient with PC applications and quick to learn internal tools.
