About the role

Satram Dass B & Co. is seeking an Associate Advocate to join its litigation practice in New Delhi. The position is ideal for a law graduate with 2–3 years of post‑qualification experience in litigation, legal research, and drafting before higher courts and tribunals.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing petitions, applications, written submissions, and legal opinions for the Supreme Court, High Courts, tribunals, and other judicial forums.
  • Conduct legal research and draft documents to support litigation matters.
  • Collaborate with senior lawyers to ensure timely and accurate case preparation.

Required profile

  • Law degree with 2–3 years of relevant post‑qualification experience.
  • Demonstrated interest in litigation and court practice.
  • Strong communication, analytical abilities, and ability to work under deadlines.
  • Prior exposure to commercial litigation, constitutional matters, arbitration, insolvency, or regulatory litigation is an advantage.
