Assistant Quality Manager

About the role

Linxens is seeking an Assistant Quality Manager to support its global quality initiatives across semiconductor and electronics products. The role will focus on inspecting, testing, and sampling materials, handling customer complaints, and driving continuous improvement in a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, test and sample materials or assembled parts for defects and deviations from customer specifications.
• Identify, report and collaborate with responsible teams to implement corrective actions.
• Discard or reject non‑conforming products, materials and equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, complaints and resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve quality processes and customer service.
• Lead preparation and presentation of quality‑related reports to senior management.
• Ensure complaint handling follows established policies and guidelines.
• Facilitate implementation of Quality Management Systems such as QRQC, IQC and other frameworks.
• Oversee vendor qualification and work with suppliers to meet quality standards.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives and foster innovation in product and process quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Control, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics or Mechanical).
• Experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry, preferably with RFID, inlays or similar components.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English.
