About the role
MMDU invites applications for a Professor of Computer Science to instruct university-level courses, conduct original research, and publish academic papers.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver curriculum, prepare lectures, and conduct labs in computer science, programming, or technology topics.
- Conduct specialized research, secure funding, and publish in academic journals.
- Mentor undergraduate and graduate students, supervise research projects, and offer academic or career guidance.
- Grade assignments, exams, and projects, maintain records, and participate in academic committees.
- Establish partnerships for internships and stay updated with emerging industry technologies.
Required profile
- Ph.D. or M.Tech in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
- Previous teaching experience in higher education and a record of research publications.
- Deep knowledge of programming languages, software development, and specialized computer science subfields.
