About the role

Parul University is seeking an Assistant Professor for its CDC department to deliver high‑quality functional English instruction and soft‑skill training to undergraduate students.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver curriculum focused on functional English grammar and communication.
• Conduct classroom and workshop sessions that develop both language proficiency and soft‑skill competencies.
• Assess student performance, provide feedback, and maintain academic records.
• Collaborate with faculty to continuously improve teaching methodologies and course materials.
• Participate in departmental meetings, research activities, and community outreach programs.

Required profile

• Ph.D. (completed or pursuing) preferred; MA in English required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as an English core language and soft‑skill trainer in a reputable educational institution or university.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage students and foster an interactive learning environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding of netiquette standards for digital communication.
