Assistant Merchandiser

About the role

The Assistant Merchandiser will support senior merchandisers in managing product assortments, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring stock levels are maintained for timely replenishment. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Jaipur and works closely with sales, retail, and marketing teams to align merchandise plans with customer demand.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior merchandisers in planning product assortments and promotions.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate product listings.
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment processes.
• Analyze sales data to help shape pricing and promotional strategies.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product display quality.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills for interaction with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
• Experience in retail, merchandising, or related fields is preferred.
• Ability to analyze sales reports and manage inventory data.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, marketing, or a related discipline is an advantage.
