Assistant Manager – Travel Operations

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Travel Operations will support the travel team in Gurgaon by handling ticketing, non‑air services and client interactions. The role focuses on delivering seamless travel solutions while meeting revenue and service level targets.

Key responsibilities

• Issue airline tickets according to client specifications.
• Manage transactions for non‑air services including rail, bus, visa and insurance.
• Ensure client SLAs are met and achieve defined revenue and transaction targets.
• Drive PLB carrier sales and upload supporting documents to the iBook.
• Maintain zero billing pendency, handle invoicing, hotel invoice collection and reconciliation.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day bookings, personal client bookings and negotiate with hotels and suppliers.
• Provide correspondence support for submissions and manage client interactions to maximise business.
• Uphold high customer satisfaction and adhere to organisational standards.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of experience in travel operations.
• Strong knowledge of ticketing and travel services.
• Excellent communication and client‑handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in operational and documentation processes.
