Assistant Manager - Training Processes (Personal Independence)

About the role

Assistant Manager – Training Processes (Personal Independence) at KPMG India will oversee the end‑to‑end training lifecycle for independence and risk‑management programmes, ensuring timely delivery, accurate tracking and compliance with internal quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full training process – monitoring, reminders, escalations, exceptions and follow‑ups.
• Maintain and update training trackers, reports and population data with high accuracy.
• Support documentation and evidence maintenance in line with SoQM and QC1000 requirements.
• Coordinate with HRMS/GLMS, IT, Data teams, service lines and process owners to ensure smooth execution.
• Validate dashboards and reports against source data, track GLMS ID delays and assist in resolving system issues.
• Drive automation and innovation using Excel, Access, macros, Power BI, Copilot and GenAI to improve reporting and process efficiency.
• Provide ad‑hoc support to other independence and risk‑management processes as required.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in independence, risk‑management, automation or similar operational roles.
• Graduate or postgraduate degree (BBA, B.Sc., B.Com preferred; MBA a plus).
• Collaborative team player with ability to mentor junior members.
• Strong communication, stakeholder‑management and multi‑tasking abilities.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Microsoft Access.
• Macros and VBA programming.
• Power BI for data visualisation.
• Familiarity with Copilot or other Generative AI tools.
