Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals and culture.
• Define hiring approaches with stakeholders and own the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, assessment, interviewing, salary proposals, and offer management.
• Identify and engage potential candidates, build and maintain a candidate database, and establish networks in target markets.
• Utilize social media, job boards, and professional networks to attract qualified talent within budget.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as conversion rate, turnaround time, source mix, and offer acceptance.
• Continuously improve sourcing and recruiting methods based on industry trends.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience, including onboarding and background verification, to mitigate organizational risk.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in a high‑growth environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive results in a fast‑paced setting.
