Assistant Manager - Security Services

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Security Services will support the execution of security operations across Adani Group’s port and logistics facilities. Reporting to senior security leadership, the role ensures alignment with the overall security strategy, risk mitigation, and protection of assets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in aligning daily security operations with business and site strategic objectives.
• Support implementation and adherence to security SOPs and operating models.
• Participate in patrols and monitor premises using CCTV systems, documenting activities.
• Oversee access‑control processes, manage visitor access cards, and report deviations.
• Monitor vehicle and cargo movements using GPS and RFID tagging tools.
• Act as a support responder during emergencies, crises, and incidents.
• Stay updated on digital and AI advancements to enhance security capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in security operations or a similar role.
• Ability to work with internal security teams, law‑enforcement agencies, and external vendors.
