Assistant Manager, Sales – West India Market

About the role

Renesas is seeking an Assistant Manager for Sales to lead and expand its presence across the West Indian market, covering key Tier 2/3/4 cities in Maharashtra and Gujarat. The role focuses on automotive, industrial, consumer, instrumentation, power, and telecom segments.

Key responsibilities

• Report directly to the Manager, India Sales.
• Manage sales coverage across Pune, Mumbai, Nashik, Nagpur, Aurangabad, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Rajkot, and Vapi.
• Strengthen and grow the distributor network in Maharashtra and Gujarat.
• Engage OEMs and EMS units to drive design wins.
• Monitor regional competition, market trends, and provide actionable intelligence.
• Support revenue forecasting, financial reporting, and overall sales performance.

Required profile

• B.E. or B.Tech in Electronics.
• 6–10 years of experience in semiconductor or component sales.
• Strong understanding of the West Indian manufacturing ecosystem.
