About the role

The Pricing Coordinator – Trade Promotion Management (TPM) supports the sales organisation by ensuring accurate pricing, trade promotion execution and contract administration. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to maintain data integrity, compliance and timely delivery of promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end pricing activities across the TPM lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance.
• Set up, review and maintain promotional pricing, trade allowances, rebates and customer‑specific deals.
• Validate pricing inputs for promotional events, contracts and claims, and investigate any discrepancies.
• Draft, review and submit trade promotion contracts for quality‑control verification.
• Maintain promotional calendars and ensure updates are reflected in TPM tools, Sales Planner, customer portals and SAP/ERP systems.
• Support claim checks and trade‑spend validations to guarantee adherence to approved pricing strategies and governance standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or Engineering (BE/BTech); Master’s degree preferred.
• 1–5 years of experience in Pricing, Trade Promotion Management, Trade Administration, Sales Operations or Finance Operations.
• Prior experience in the FMCG industry is strongly preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency (LOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex formulas, data validation).
• Experience with SAP and other ERP/CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with TPM tools and Business Objects or similar enterprise reporting solutions.
