Assistant Manager Reservation

About the role

Join Hilton’s Reservations team as an Assistant Manager and help create memorable stays for every guest. You will support daily reservation operations, lead a small team, and contribute to revenue‑optimisation strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing room inventory, group blocks, cut‑off dates, rate restrictions and occupancy strategies.
• Process group reservations, rooming lists, billing requirements and special requests while coordinating with meeting planners and internal departments.
• Monitor reservation activity and support rate and occupancy strategies to maximise revenue.
• Handle reservation requests, provide service to team members and customers, and prepare operational reports.
• Supervise and coach team members, monitor performance and foster a positive work environment.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and a sense of urgency.
• Proven experience in reservations, revenue or hotel operations, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong administrative, organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and act on revenue opportunities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel systems: OnQ PM, R&I, Delphi, IDeaS GRO v3.
• Microsoft Office suite.
