Assistant Manager – Product Support

About the role

Swiggy is looking for an Assistant Manager to lead its Product Support team for the Dineout product line. You will oversee L1 and L2 technical support, act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement of support processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the L1/L2 debugging team and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Serve as the front‑face of Dineout tech support for business, supply, marketing, product and engineering stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance support efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product and business teams to track bugs, enhancements and product performance.
• Gather, analyse and communicate quantitative and qualitative data to provide actionable product feedback.
• Document knowledge, maintain the knowledge‑management system and help build a robust KMS.
