Assistant Manager, Procurement

About the role

CrowdStrike, a global leader in AI‑driven cybersecurity, is looking for an Assistant Manager, Procurement to join its fast‑growing SaaS organization. The role blends hands‑on sourcing execution with leadership of a team of buyers, supporting strategic initiatives across multiple spend categories.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑value, complex sourcing projects and negotiate with key suppliers.
• Manage the full Procure‑to‑Pay lifecycle for critical categories such as Data Centre, Consulting, Marketing, and Software.
• Develop and execute category strategies, conduct market analysis, and run vendor summits.
• Perform spend analysis, benchmark pricing, and identify cost‑optimization opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, drive automation, and lead digital transformation initiatives.
• Monitor procurement KPIs, set benchmarks, and mentor a team of buyers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement execution and strategic sourcing within a SaaS or technology environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a procurement team.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Experience with commodity management, market benchmarking, and spend analysis.
• Ability to drive process automation and digital transformation.
