About the role

The Pricing Coordinator – Trade Promotion Management (TPM) supports end‑to‑end execution, governance and optimisation of pricing and trade promotion activities. Reporting to senior management, the role ensures accurate promotional pricing, contract administration and trade compliance through strong cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and execute pricing activities across the TPM lifecycle with focus on accuracy, timeliness and compliance.
  • Set up, review and maintain promotional pricing, trade allowances, rebates and customer‑specific deals.
  • Validate pricing inputs for promotional events, contracts and claims.
  • Investigate pricing discrepancies, identify root causes and support timely resolution.
  • Draft, review and submit trade promotion contracts for QC verification.
  • Maintain promotional calendars and ensure updates across TPM tools, Sales Planner, customer portals and SAP/ERP.
  • Support claim‑related checks and trade‑spend validations.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or Engineering (BE/BTech).
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
