Assistant Manager - Marketing Communication

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to lead marketing communication initiatives for our chemicals business. You will be responsible for shaping the brand’s voice, driving digital campaigns, and supporting sales with high‑impact content.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads and industry‑specific platforms.
• Manage event logistics for product launches, promotional activities and customer engagement programmes.
• Maintain and update the corporate website, ensuring SEO best practices and a seamless user experience.
• Track, nurture and hand over leads to the sales team while analysing conversion metrics.
• Create and curate content for emailers, newsletters, datasheets, brochures, case studies and technical presentations.
• Design graphics for digital and print media using tools such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW and Canva.
• Conduct market research to refine marketing plans and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Monitor KPIs like website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates and campaign ROI, adjusting strategies as needed.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in digital marketing, marketing communications and content creation.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical information into clear, brand‑aligned messaging.
• Experience collaborating closely with sales teams and external partners.
