Assistant Manager – Housekeeping

Raffles Udaipur is seeking an enthusiastic and detail‑oriented Assistant Manager – Housekeeping to support the Housekeeping Manager in delivering flawless cleanliness and guest experiences across all hotel areas. This role combines operational oversight with team leadership in a fast‑paced luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guestrooms, suites, public areas and back‑of‑house facilities meet luxury standards.
• Conduct routine inspections and quality audits, monitoring compliance with brand standards and cleanliness benchmarks.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Engineering and Laundry teams to coordinate seamless guest experiences.
• Address guest requests, concerns and service recovery situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Analyze guest feedback and quality scores, implementing corrective actions for continuous improvement.
• Supervise, mentor and motivate housekeeping staff, delivering daily briefings, training and performance coaching.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and talent development initiatives.
• Manage staff scheduling and workforce planning to ensure optimal coverage.
• Monitor inventory levels of linens, amenities, cleaning supplies and equipment, supporting cost control and waste reduction.
