Assistant Manager - Holiday Sales

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Holiday Sales will lead go‑to‑market initiatives, business analytics and sales excellence for the Holiday Experts network of MakeMyTrip. Based in Gurgaon, the role focuses on identifying growth opportunities, improving sales performance through data‑driven insights and strengthening end‑to‑end processes to deliver memorable travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Drive Go‑to‑Market strategies and new business initiatives for the Holiday Experts business.
• Analyse sales data, track KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve conversion, productivity and revenue.
• Lead CRM integration and adoption across the network, defining use cases, monitoring usage and enhancing lead management.
• Collaborate with Cluster Leads and cross‑functional stakeholders to optimise business processes and customer experience.
• Implement flight‑booking sales for land‑only holiday packages, defining operating models and pricing.
• Manage partnership relationships and support sustainable growth of the holiday portfolio.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales performance management and business analytics.
• Strong ability to work with cross‑functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills to act as the single point of contact for CRM implementation.
