Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Process Planner

About the role

The Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Process Planner will translate customer and stakeholder strategies into operational excellence. You will enhance value‑stream efficiency through innovative technical solutions and support plant functions as required.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and assess capacity gaps, implement manufacturing value‑addition flows, and drive process changes such as cycle‑time reduction.
• Develop and monitor plant manufacturing capacity, ensuring compliance with TEK, CpK, ergonomic and safety standards.
• Assess internal and external requirements, define future‑state value‑stream designs, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve efficiency.
• Manage delivery performance, TRLT, and MAE utilization while implementing customer‑specific product requirements.
• Establish and maintain process controls, including CpK studies, PPAP, routing and ROS documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in process planning or production engineering within an industrial setting.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate strategic goals into practical actions.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional stakeholders.
