Assistant Manager - CRM

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – CRM to lead the design, execution and optimisation of customer lifecycle marketing (CLM) campaigns. You will work closely with product, tech and creative teams to translate business objectives into data‑driven marketing automation programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Understand product funnels and define events for marketing automation tools to enable campaign set‑up.
• Plan configuration of segmentation, profiling, audience cohorts, content, frequency and channels to meet campaign KPIs.
• Support seamless set‑up, quality assurance and execution of CLM campaigns.
• Design and run experiments on new and existing CLM campaigns to improve efficiency.
• Analyse transactional and intent signals to propose new customer segments and optimise targeting.
• Produce reports, dashboards and actionable insights for campaign performance.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, channel partners and vendors, to align with business objectives.
• Monitor day‑to‑day campaign health, track key metrics and translate raw data into marketing decisions.
• Conduct impact and incrementality analysis to measure effectiveness and guide optimisation.
