About the role
HSBC is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for its Control Tower function. In this role you will drive forecasting, capacity planning and performance reporting to ensure service level agreements are met.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly forecasts.
- Coordinate with scheduling and real‑time monitoring teams to optimise SLA performance.
- Monitor forecast accuracy, shrinkage, occupancy and related assumptions.
- Generate and automate performance reports and dashboards for leadership.
- Analyse forecast accuracy and implement corrective actions.
- Work with operations on leaves, training, offline activity and cross‑skill optimisation.
- Contribute to long‑term and mid‑term capacity planning.
- Recommend mitigation plans and maintain workforce‑management databases.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Effective communication and coordination across teams.
