Assistant Manager Community Mobilization

About the role

The Assistant Manager Community Mobilization will design and execute engagement plans that support project delivery. You will act as the bridge between project teams and local communities, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement community mobilization strategies aligned with project objectives.
• Organise and lead awareness programmes, workshops and community meetings.
• Identify key stakeholders, maintain communication channels and document engagement activities.
• Prepare regular reports on community interactions, challenges and recommendations.
• Support monitoring of social impact and compliance with relevant guidelines.
• Address community concerns, grievances and feedback in coordination with project teams.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Experience in community outreach, stakeholder engagement or related fields.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Attention to detail in reporting and documentation.
