Assistant Manager – Communications

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Communications will partner with senior leadership, business development, product, R&D and other internal teams to shape and deliver Molbio’s corporate narrative across domestic and international markets. This hands‑on role requires translating complex healthcare and diagnostics topics into clear, compelling communications that support business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Molbio’s corporate communications plan, creating announcements, leadership messages, profiles, presentations and articles.
• Identify and craft stories that enhance corporate reputation and visibility.
• Support senior leadership with speeches, interviews, talking points and external presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors and industry platforms; produce press releases, media briefs, Q&As and media kits.
• Coordinate media opportunities for senior leaders and track coverage of relevant issues.
• Collaborate with international business and market‑access teams to translate market priorities into communication opportunities.
• Manage timelines, approvals and fact‑checking for regional and global communication assets.
• Support reputation management during high‑visibility or sensitive situations.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations or related fields, preferably within healthcare or diagnostics.
• Proven ability to write clear, persuasive content for diverse audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills across multiple business functions.
• Experience working with senior leadership and international teams.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex scientific and technical concepts.
