About the role
Jagran New Media is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead Ad Sales for its digital platforms in the Delhi NCR market. You will be responsible for driving revenue across display, branded content, and video inventory while building strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for display, branded content and video advertising.
- Plan and execute market coverage strategies for the Delhi NCR region.
- Conduct client presentations, negotiate contracts and close deals independently.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while prospecting new business opportunities.
- Coordinate between technical teams, senior management and external stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Prepare and present content pitches tailored to prospective clients.
- Monitor revenue and expenses, prepare budgets and monthly forecasts for expansion plans.
Required profile
- Preferably an MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in advertising sales, preferably within digital media or radio.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in display or content sales.
- Strong network with agencies and key advertisers in the Delhi NCR market.
