Assistant Key Account Manager

About the role

The Assistant Key Account Manager will support the growth of medium and large builder accounts in the Dehradun region. Reporting to the Key Accounts Manager, you will help maintain a healthy sales pipeline, secure contracts, and ensure timely payment collection.

Key responsibilities

• Manage existing key accounts and identify high‑potential new builders.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales funnel and order‑in‑hand forecast for the region.
• Coordinate with applicators and subsidiaries to meet budgeted outcomes.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with medium and large builders.
• Collect payments through appropriate channels and monitor receivables.
• Present sales performance at conferences and internal meetings.
• Track competition activities and share insights with the Regional Manager.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in project sales targeting medium and large builders.
• Proven ability to manage key accounts and achieve sales targets.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with influencers and purchasing teams.
• Analytical mindset to extract insights from stakeholder feedback.
