Assistant Key Account Manager – E-commerce

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Key Account Manager to drive our online business across major e‑commerce marketplaces and quick‑commerce platforms. You will work closely with internal teams and marketplace partners to ensure smooth operations, catalogue accuracy, and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations on platforms such as Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy, including product listings, promotions, and issue resolution.
• Maintain catalogue hygiene by updating product information, pricing, images, and inventory.
• Coordinate return handling processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and optimise fulfilment operations and overall marketplace performance.
• Stay current with advertising tools and growth strategies for each platform.
• Analyse sales data, identify trends, and implement action plans to boost revenue.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and marketplace account managers for timely issue resolution.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and account health.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience managing Flipkart and quick‑commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy).
• Strong understanding of marketplace operations, catalogue management, and online sales processes.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on data‑driven decisions.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with reporting tools.
