Assistant Inventory & Logistics Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Inventory & Logistics Manager to oversee end‑to‑end inventory, warehouse, logistics and RMA operations. The role ensures high stock accuracy, smooth spare‑parts flow and timely RMA closures while supporting brand SLAs and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records, perform stock reconciliation, monitor movement, aging and consumption trends, and conduct periodic cycle counts and physical audits.
• Manage inward and outward material movement, ensure proper GRN, stock allocation and dispatch processes, and optimize warehouse space utilization.
• Monitor spare‑parts availability across locations, control issuance and consumption, maintain optimum stock levels, and coordinate forecasting with procurement and service teams.
• Handle the complete RMA lifecycle, coordinate with brands, account managers and service centres, ensure timely closure within SLA timelines, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Implement and improve operational SOPs, ensure audit readiness, identify process gaps and drive improvements, and generate MIS reports and dashboards.
• Supervise warehouse and operations teams, monitor productivity and discipline, and train staff on process adherence and standards.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics or service operations, preferably in the electronics/consumer durable industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems such as SAP, Tally or Oracle.
• Good analytical, coordination and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple operational activities simultaneously.
