Assistant Housekeeping Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support the Corporate Facilities Housekeeping team. The role will help ensure cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards across corporate offices, coworking spaces and business parks. You will work closely with facility, administration and operations teams to deliver a high‑quality workplace environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping supervisors, janitors and outsourced staff.
• Plan manpower, create shift schedules and monitor attendance.
• Conduct cleanliness audits, inspections and quality checks.
• Manage vendor contracts, consumable inventory and procurement.
• Ensure compliance with corporate housekeeping standards, health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with facility, administration and operations teams.
• Address employee and client complaints promptly.
• Monitor performance and implement improvement actions.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of housekeeping/facilities experience, preferably in corporate environments.
• Minimum 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Experience leading teams of 20+ staff.
• Strong team leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage vendors and inventory.
• Customer‑focused mindset with problem‑solving ability.
