About the role
The Assistant Guest Relations Manager supports the Front Office Manager in overseeing front‑office operations at The St. Regis Goa Resort. This role ensures smooth check‑in and check‑out processes, high guest satisfaction, and effective team performance across the Bell staff, switchboard, and front desk.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in daily supervision of Bell/Door staff, switchboard, and front‑desk teams.
- Maintain efficient check‑in/check‑out procedures and resolve guest inquiries.
- Monitor and support progress toward front‑office service goals and guest satisfaction metrics.
- Handle guest complaints, disputes, and feedback, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Recognize and motivate staff, ensuring consistent service standards across all shifts.
- Collaborate with the Front Office Manager on continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with financial and operational policies.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of guest‑services or front‑desk experience, or
- A 2‑year degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (no experience required).
