Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager supports the F&B Manager in delivering high‑quality food and beverage experiences for guests at Holiday Inn New Delhi Aerocity. This role combines operational oversight, financial control, and team leadership to ensure service standards, profitability, and guest satisfaction are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and managing the department’s budget and revenue plan.
• Monitor sales, costs, and quality metrics; analyse performance and implement improvements.
• Oversee day‑to‑day staffing, schedule work, and set performance goals for team members.
• Conduct briefings, meetings and training to ensure staff adhere to brand and service standards.
• Maintain food‑and‑beverage equipment, facilities and banquet spaces in optimal condition.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints and requests promptly to achieve high satisfaction scores.
• Support menu development with the Executive Chef and manage inventory control procedures.
• Stay informed on local competitors and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
